Only post-sewn garments are accepted to ensure uniformity and final proportions.
We advise on suitable wash (enzyme, acid, pigment, stone, snow, etc.) for fabric + target effect.
Fabric is tested for shrinkage and colorfastness, and patch pre-testing is done.
Garments go through washing, dyeing, or abrasion processes in large industrial drums.
Tumble dry, steam-pressing, and anti-shrink stabilization ensure finish consistency.
Each batch is reviewed for effect quality, sizing control & presentation.
