What is your MOQ for custom T-shirts?
Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per design per color, with mixed sizes allowed within that color quantity. For suitable startup projects, we may review 50 pieces per design per color after confirming the fabric, size range, and customization requirements.
How long do sampling and bulk production take, and can I approve a sample?
Sample development typically takes 10–15 working days after the design, fabric, and artwork details are confirmed. You can review the fabric, fit, measurements, construction, artwork placement, branding, and labels before approval. Bulk production typically takes 25–30 working days after the sample and order details are approved. Shipping time is additional.
What information do you need to quote a custom T-shirt project?
Please share your tech pack or reference images, estimated quantity, colors, size range, preferred fit, fabric or GSM, artwork, print or embroidery placements, label and packaging requirements, and delivery country. These details help us assess feasibility and prepare an accurate EXW quotation.
Which fabrics and GSM options are available for custom T-shirts?
Common options include cotton jersey, organic cotton, cotton-polyester blends, stretch jersey, and performance polyester in lightweight, midweight, and heavyweight constructions. We recommend the fabric and GSM according to the required hand feel, fit, season, print method, end use, and target price.
Which printing and branding methods do you offer?
Options include screen printing, DTG, DTF, sublimation for suitable polyester fabrics, heat transfer, embroidery, appliqué, rhinestones, and other project-specific finishes. We recommend the method after reviewing the artwork, fabric, quantity, placement, required hand feel, and durability expectations.
Can you develop oversized, boxy, fitted, or cropped T-shirts?
Yes. We can develop regular, oversized, boxy, slim, cropped, longline, and other custom silhouettes using your tech pack, measurement chart, or reference sample. Body length, shoulder width, sleeve shape, neckline, rib, and grading can be adjusted for the intended market and fit.
Can you add private labels and custom packaging?
Yes. We can add printed or woven main labels, care labels, size labels, hangtags, stickers, branded polybags, and custom cartons. Label artwork, materials, placement, and packaging specifications should be confirmed before bulk production begins.
