What to Prepare for Your Clothing Project
Share your designs, specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements for a quotation.
Design & References
Send your tech pack, sketches, or clear reference images. Show the front, back, and key construction details, and explain any changes you want to make.
Fabric & Fit
Share your preferred fabric composition, GSM, colors, and fit. Include a garment measurement chart with units and measurement points; label body measurements separately.
Artwork & Branding
Include logo and artwork files, placement, dimensions, and your preferred decoration method. Vector logos are preferred. Add any label, tag, and packaging requirements.
Quantity & Delivery
List quantities by design, color, and size. Include the delivery destination and target arrival date, so production timing and shipping requirements can be discussed separately.

How Much Money Do I Need To Get Started?
Typically, our customers need $3000 to $5000 (including shipping) to start their first bulk order.
What Is The Minimum Quantity I Can Order?
The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per color per design, starting at 100 pieces per order.
For custom fabrics, the minimum order quantity is 1000m to 2000m per color.
What Is The Lead Time?
Sample orders take 10-15 working days to complete; bulk orders take 25-30 working days.
Lead time is our estimate of the time from the start of production to completion.
What Shipping Do You Support?
We offer different shipping options to suit your needs depending on your budget.
We support multiple shipping providers such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS and trusted freight forwarders to deliver your order by air or sea.
For orders weighing more than 100 kg, we offer sea shipping options to certain countries.
Please note that delivery time varies depending on where you sign for the goods, and sea shipping takes longer than air shipping.

What Payment Methods Do You Support?
We support 50% advance payment and 50% final payment for orders over 10,000 $.
We support multiple payment methods, such as TT, Paypal, credit card, XTransfer, etc.

Our Clothing Production Process
After submitting your inquiry, we discuss your project details together and send you an order link ready to start work.
Once we receive your inquiry submission, we will develop and send you a custom estimate for your project.
After you accept the quotation, we will ask you to send us a sample size reference. We will start the sourcing process to find the right fabrics and trims for your design and send them to you for selection.
During the sourcing process, our design team will help you finalize all the details of the sample. We will send these details to you for confirmation before we start making the sample. Please note that since everything is made from scratch, it usually takes 2 rounds of sample checking to finalize all the details for mass production.
After you receive the sample, please confirm whether all the details are correct (including fabric, size, workmanship, color, accessories, etc.).
Once you are satisfied with the sample, we will start mass production after receiving your satisfactory sample and order advance payment.
Once the bulk order production is complete, our quality control team will check the product to make sure there are no issues. We will touch up the parts and correct any issues before sending the product to our packaging department.
Now is the last step of the entire order process! After receiving your order balance and shipping costs, we will help you process the shipping documents and arrange to ship your products to your designated delivery address.
