Yes. You can nominate your own freight forwarder. Share their contact details and confirm the collection or handover requirements before dispatch.
When can my order be dispatched?
Shipping is arranged after the balance has been paid. Confirm the dispatch date once your garments and packing are ready. For the stages before dispatch, see how we work.
How is delivery time confirmed?
Delivery time depends on the destination and transport method. Sea freight generally takes longer than air freight. Confirm a current transit estimate for your route and allow separately for production time.
What should I confirm in a shipping quote?
Confirm the collection point, destination, transport method and service scope. Check the charges, estimated timing and paperwork responsibilities, including whether duties, taxes or insurance are included.
What if my carton details are not ready?
Start with your estimated order quantity and packing plan. Confirm the final carton count, outer dimensions and gross weight when available so the shipping details can be reviewed against the packed order.
