Embroidered T-Shirt FAQs
Key answers on minimums, logo files, sampling and production.
What is the MOQ for custom embroidered T-shirts?
Our starting minimum is 100 pieces per design and color. Fabric, embroidery and private label requirements are reviewed with your quotation; some custom components may have separate minimums.
Can I customize the T-shirt as well as the embroidery?
Yes. Share your preferred fabric, weight, fit, size chart and labels. We review the garment and embroidery together, including the backing and how the stitching affects the feel of the fabric.
What logo files and measurements should I send?
Send a clear logo file, preferably AI, EPS or vector PDF when available, plus the intended width, height, placement and colors. If you only have an image, send it for review. Embroidery digitizing and any artwork adjustments are confirmed before sampling.
Can you embroider small lettering or a large design?
Suitability depends on the lettering, line thickness, fabric and intended size. Small details may need simplifying, while larger designs need their weight and fabric support reviewed. Confirm the result on a stitched sample rather than relying on a universal size limit.
What should I check before approving the sample?
Check the logo size, position, thread colors and stitch edges on the front. Review the backing, loose threads and comfort on the reverse, then check garment fit. Record revisions and agree on any wash or stretch checks before approving the final version.
What affects the price and production schedule?
Fabric, garment construction, embroidery size and stitch count, placements, quantity and custom branding affect the quote. Sampling, revisions and material availability affect timing. Share your delivery date and destination so production and shipping can be confirmed separately.
