Before You Order
Clothing Packaging FAQs
Answers about minimums, fit, materials and approval.
What is the minimum packaging quantity?
Minimums are 1,000 bags or 500 boxes. Confirm the selected specification and its quantity separately from your garment order. If extra packaging remains, agree how it will be handled before ordering.
How do I choose the right packaging size?
Measure the garment as it will be folded and packed, including its thickness. Allow for any inserts or multiple items, then confirm the internal dimensions and closure so the chosen packaging fits the finished contents.
How should I choose the packaging material?
Start with the contents, presentation and handling needs. Request the proposed material specification before approving it. If you need recycled content, recyclability or another environmental attribute, ask for supporting information for that specific option.
Can I review the packaging before production?
An artwork proof checks print content and placement; a physical sample can also help assess fit and construction. Agree which review your order needs, plus any charges and timing, before production.
How does packaging relate to labels and shipping?
Packaging, garment labels and transport serve different purposes. Review private label options for labels and tags; agree packing instructions with your order. Check shipping and delivery separately for dispatch and transport arrangements.
