PROJECT QUESTIONS
Questions Before You Start
Clear answers on quotations, samples, order terms, and delivery.
Can I start without a complete tech pack?
Yes. Share sketches, clear reference images, or a reference garment if available, along with the details you already know. Tell us what still needs development so we can discuss the next steps before sampling.
For help refining your ideas, explore our product development service.
How is my project quotation calculated?
Your quotation depends on the garment design, fabric, construction, customization, quantity, and packaging. Confirm whether sampling, revisions, and shipping are included or quoted separately. Share your specifications for a quotation based on your project.
Can I mix sizes within the minimum order quantity?
The standard minimum is 100 pieces per design and color, with mixed sizes available. Include your quantity breakdown by size. Any separate minimums for custom fabrics or trims should be confirmed for your project.
What if I need changes to the sample?
Send a clear, consolidated list of changes, using marked photos, measurements, or updated artwork where helpful. Agree on the scope, cost, and timing of revisions before further work. Approve the final sample and specifications before bulk production.
Do production lead times include shipping?
No. The sampling and bulk production estimates cover their respective production stages. Allow additional time for design confirmation, sample review, revisions, and shipping. Share your target arrival date and destination so the overall schedule can be discussed for your project.
See our shipping and delivery service for more information.
When are payment terms confirmed?
Agree on payment terms before sampling or bulk production begins. Confirm the accepted payment method, amounts, and due dates with your quotation, including how any separate revision or shipping charges will be handled.
